Grilled salmon with broccoli
- 1 kg. file salmon
- 1 lemon
- 1 kg of fresh broccoli
- 50 gr. unsalted butter

RECIPE PREPARATION Grilled salmon with broccoli:
Boil salted water in a pot. Broccoli is washed and cut into small bunches. When the water has reached the boiling point, add the broccoli lightly with a spatula. Boil for about 4-5 minutes. After it is ready, remove it in a bowl in cold water to keep it green. Then drain the water, season, add butter and mix well. While the water is boiling, the salmon is washed, portioned, seasoned and placed with the skin down on the preheated grill. Leave it for about 4-5 minutes on each side. Enjoy!

Salmon with carrots and broccoli
I tell you from the beginning that the result does not smell good at all, but, surprisingly, the taste is very good.
1 small piece (half a palm) of salmon fillets
1 bunch of broccoli

Put the cleaned and sliced carrots to boil or steam.
The broccoli bouquet is steamed (if you don't have a steamer you can use a sieve in which you put broccoli and place it on top of a pot in which water boils). In principle, broccoli softens quite quickly, so it should not be kept very steamed. If you still want to boil it, add it to the bowl in which the carrot was boiled, only after it has softened well. Do not leave for more than 3-4 minutes.
Pass the carrots with broccoli in a blender.
Place the salmon in a bowl that can be used in the microwave. Add a few tablespoons of orange juice and grated cheese. Place the lid on the vessel and open the valve. Leave on for about 2 minutes. If the fish does not break into pieces after 2 minutes, leave for another 30 seconds.
It can also be baked in the normal oven, in aluminum foil, for 20 minutes.
Finally, depending on the child's age, the salmon can be crushed and mixed with the vegetable puree and the sauce left over from the fish preparation or all the ingredients can be mixed with the blender.
